Gens32 Surreal v1.64

The curiously named but excellent Genesis/Sega CD/32X emulator see’s another update, wonder what happened to v1.63? must have been a private one I suppose. Not that it really matters of course as the release is the main thing here so lets see whats been done to it:
- No more change, but added a lovely rom explorer,
- redesigned Gens32 Antialiasing render plugin,
- redesigned sound playback system.
- And for a friend of mine, Built a new Mouse Driver for General Chaos.
