Gens32 Surreal v1.20 WIP

Ah Gens32 the oddly named but excellent Genesis/Sega CD/32X emulator, whats new in this one? thats a very good question that neither the homepage or documentation answers exactly, all I do know from the homepage is that its a bugfix release to fix v1.00 build 050830, not sure exactly what bugs though.
