New Version Of The Mame Frontend MAMEP GUI

‘A stand alone front-end, with similar functionality and interface as MAMEUI’ to quote the release thread, I doubt anyone could put it better really, this release sees a couple of changes one of which is very nice for Linux users as you will now see:

added combobox for bios, ctrlr and effect options

fixed mame detection for Linux build
