New Version Of The Mame Frontend MAMEP GUI

Another update for this Mame frontend from the guys behind Mame Plus! now and since I don’t use it myself let’s move swiftly into the news:

SDL integration for monitor and resolution selection (only available in Windows for now)

Linux: fixed GUI overflow after auditing

fixed mame binary detection again, no longer shows a confusing empty GUI

auto check ini access privillege, this should help reduce confusion for Linux users[/list]
