When your favourite TV show starts, or the TV is busy. Eather that or the kids are fighting over what game they are about to play on the TV. Bleem is the rescuer, it allows your PC to play Palystation games.

This is the way it works: Start with installing Bleem. You should check the configuration after the installation and read the manual and tips on the website carefully. Be prepared to experiment alot before getting the perfect configuration for your computer.

Then when you want to play a Playstation game on your computer, first you start Bleem and then you insert a Playstation CD. Bleem will then check what game you inserted, and preset the settings so the game will work as good as possible. Then its just to play!

When Bleem work as good as possible your Playstationgames acually becomes better on the PC than on the Playstation. if you have a 3D card in your PC the graphics could look better and become faster. For an enjoyable playing recommend a 300 MHz Pentium II, a fast CD-ROM and a good 3d-card that is not more than 1 year old.

Unfortunally leem does not allways work that well. Many Playstationgames does not work at all, or it got a strange behavior when you try to run them through Bleem. All the walls are white, movies does not work or the sound is not perfect is common problems.

Bleem is updated oftent, so take a look at their website and get the latest version. For every version I have tried have games that didn't work before or had problems started to work. In a coupple of months most of the problems should be solved. Bleem is no replacement for the 'real thing', it is just a good acomplishment. The program is simply not as simple to handle as a real Playstation, and the controls are not avalible for the PC.

Wait to buy Bleem until the problems are solved. If the programmers can fix the childtroubbles Bleem is a good way of geting an extra machine, that can play Playstation.

Pic1: Crash Bandicoot
Better than the original. Crash Bandicoot looks much better with Bleem then on a normal Playstation.

Pic2: The cover
Trouble. Undorunally Bleem does not work with all playstation games.

Text to the right corner:
It could seem to be a downgrade instead of upgrade to redo the computer to a machine where you can play video games, but it is a good concept.
