New Version Of The PSP Emulator Jpcsp

A PSP emulator in Java, an odd choice maybe? I think so but that doesn’t matter really, what does matter is how well it runs and apparently it can run Castlevania (not sure how well though) sadly this release lacks news so it’s try and see time.
