New Version Of The Playstation Emulators Xebra And Arbex

The Japanese Playstation emulator Xebra and it’s non bios needing sibling Arbex, gets an update now don’t worry about the Japanese as the menu’s are in English so it’s easy to use, let’s see what’s new in this version:
SPU: SPU_CTRL register was fixed.
