New Version Of The Genesis Emulator Gens32 Surreal

Another update now for this oddly named but excellent Genesis, Sega CD and 32X emulator, let’s see what we have in this one:

1) Adjust sounds.

2) Rewrite Gens32 Filter IV

2) Fixed the save problem of XinQiGaiWangZhi(Chinese).
