New Version Of The Genesis Emulator Genesis Plus/SDL

A Windows version of this Genesis emulator usually found on the Nintendo GameCube and Wii, there’s not much detail on exactly what has been done for this release:
A very basic Win32 port, using SDL (with limited sound & keyboard support), based on the current GX core (FOR TESTING PURPOSE ONLY)
