New Version Of The GameBoy And GameBoy Colour Emulators JSwingBoy And JMEBoy

This pair of GameBoy Colour emulators in Java have been updated once more and this time round the news is the same for both of them so lets take a look:

enable saving and loading the emulator state (feature request ID 2804463)

synchronize RTC with the device’s clock instead of the emulated Gameboy CPU’s cycles (bug ID 2802537)
