New Version Of The ZX Spectrum Emulator zxspectr

A ZX Spectrum and clones emulator that runs in Dos and Windows, the only one that emulates the Spanish Inves Spectrum + clone apparently, there’s not a huge list of changes for this one but here’s what there is:
Fixed screen update routine. At least, 1 FPS. Useful for slow computers or MS-DOS emulators.
