New Version Of The ZX Spectrum Emulator SpecEmu

The author of this ZX Spectrum emulator isn’t hanging around is he? here’s yet another update for it so let’s see what he’s done this time:

Fixed an issue with InfoSeek look-up requiring administrative privileges
(Thanks to Jimmy for pointing this out)

The debugger can now be entered at an arbitrary frame cycle
Previously it was deferred until the next interrupt period

IM mode and the IR register pair values can now be edited in the Registers window
