New Version Of The Open Source Implementation Of The Windows API Wine

Do you use Linux but find an occasional need or want to try some Windows software but can’t be bothered to dual boot? or if you do just can’t be bothered to reboot into Windows? then this could well be the thing for you, as a Windows user myself I can’t really comment on it so let’s head into the news now:

• Various bug fixes for Internet Explorer 7.
• Many crypt32 improvements, including new export wizard.
• Better support for windowless Richedit.
• Improvements to the print dialog.
• Many fixes to the regression tests on Windows.
• Various bug fixes.

Bugs fixed in 1.1.14:
• 1875 CoCreateGuid under wine generates rather weak guid’s
