New Version Of The IBM PC Emulator PCem

An XT/AT emulator for Windows emulating the:

  • IBM 5150 PC
  • IBM 5160 XT
  • Tandy 1000
  • Generic XT clone
  • Schneider EuroPC
  • Amstrad PC1512
  • Sinclair PC200
  • Amstrad PC1640
  • IBM AT
  • AMI 286 clone
  • with 640k of RAM (4mb for AT and 286), 2 floppy drives (up to 2.88mb), 2 hard drives, CGA, MDA, Hercules, EGA (PC1640 only), VGA or SVGA, SoundBlaster, GameBlaster, and a mouse. It can run both DOS-based games and booter games.

  • Emulates Soundblaster Pro v1
  • SVGA emulation (ET4000)
  • Fixed some bugs in the VGA emulation
  • Soundblaster ADPCM now emulated
  • Some 8086/286 bug fixes
  • Fixed bug in FDC emulation
  • Sinclair PC200 now works properly
  • EuroPC emulation
  • Support for ‘©Anonymous Generic Turbo XT BIOS’
  • No errors on startup with IBM XT or IBM PC BIOS
  • Keyboard repeat now emulated
  • Fixed keyboard bug, Pinball Fantasies now okay
