New Version Of The MicroBee Emulator uBee512

A small fix for this Microbee Z80 emulator for Windows now, a bitesized spot of news if you will, lets see what was fixed:

Fixed:

Makefile was broken due to an icon creation problem and is now fixed.

Added ubee512-logo.png and ubee512-logo.ico files where these were missing in the distributions.
