New Version Of The Exelvision 100 Emulator DCexel

An EXL Exelvision 100 emulator for Windows, as I’ve never heard of the system until today let’s move onto the news, post translation from French that is:
‘Attention, this is not a full version of the emulator, all the menus are decontaminated. The screen can be maximized, or minimized, or redimensionné with the mouse. Alt-enter passes in full screen, and returns to windowed mode. Warning: this program is not finished. it is useless to point out the anomalies. I release it only for information. D.C.’
